Erich F. Kronenwett, DMD
Dr. Kronenwett was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from The University of Rhode Island. He continued his studies at Tufts School of Dental Medicine where, upon graduation, he was presented with the Complete Prosthesis Prize for excellence in prosthetics. He then went on to complete his general practice residency at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire.
He is dedicated to learning the most advanced dental treatments available and has continued his education with postdoctoral continuing education at Tufts Dental School, Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry, and the Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
A member of Acton Dental Associates since 1992, Dr. Kronenwett has brought his expertise in prosthetic dentistry and cosmetic dentistry to our family of patients. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Emerson Dental Study Club.
Dr. Kronenwett has been a Massachusetts resident for the past18 years. He and his wife Julie have a house full of kids and critters. Their three boys Rick, Sean, and Patrick share their space with Petee the dog, Rocky the turtle, Fang the Bearded Dragon and 200 fish!
Meet Dr. Erich Kronenwett
Dr. Kronenwett is a parishioner of St. Elizabeth’s Church and a volunteer dentist with the Chernobyl Children’s Program. He counts among his favorite pastimes boating, fishing, Corvettes, working out, and watching his sons play football, lacrosse and basketball.
